Land Rover has confirmed that the new Range Rover Sport SVR Carbon Edition will be joining the latest Range Rover Sport line-up.
The Carbon Edition’s carbon fibre elements include the exposed centre section of the bonnet with integrated cooling vents, the front bumper insert surrounds, main grille and vent surrounds, mirror covers, engine cover, and tailgate.

Other new touches include trim finishers on the SVR-branded steering wheel, illuminated treadplates and 22-inch five split-spoke lightweight alloy wheels finished in gloss black.
The Sport SVR is the fastest and most powerful Land Rover yet produced. Power is delivered through a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 engine that produces 423kW and 700Nm that is capable of pushing the vehicle from 0-100km/h in 4.5 seconds and a top speed of 283km/h.
Bespoke enhancements have been made to the chassis to control pitch under heavy acceleration and braking, and the damping hardware has been tuned to provide better turn-in, mid-corner grip and body control.
Inside are lightweight SVR black leather performance seats that are 30kg lighter than the standard Range Rover Sport seat and both front and rear seats are heated.
Aluminium sports pedals also feature.Sound is supplied via 19-speaker Meridian surround sound system, which combines 825 watts, a dual-channel subwoofer and Trifield technology.
The price has yet to be announced.
